Grey Heron

Another cold morning! The loch was frozen over and there were 7 Heron waiting at the entrance to the park. It is difficult to feed them all there because it is a bit of a narrow space and the dominant heron (the little female (pictured) and the chick (extra) )tend to chase the others off. When I get to the slope it is a lot easier to get them all fed. I got to the clearing and the male was waiting. The crows got biscuits on the road home.
