Grey Heron

A very cold morning and 7 Heron met me at the gate. The little female (pictured) was attacked by the chick and this time she came of second best. Not as bad as the other day as she was able to chase off an adult male and still get fed. I managed to get them all fed on the slope then made my way to the clearing to feed the male and another adult who were waiting on the ice (extra) at the clearing. I will take up extra fish tomorrow as it is set to be another really cold one.
The crows all got biscuits.
