Come In Handy Cupboard

Saturday morning and almost back to normal, breakfast was sausages from Scotland, Hogs Pudding from Cornwall, local farm bacon and a free range egg, great way to start the day.
Mrs S and I are determined this year to make a difference in the house and garden so today we started with our dining room cupboard. We expected glasses, vases, plates and dishes but not the amount of paint, varnish, wood treatment and stains at the bottom of the cupboard.
The picture shows the row of tins and cans leading to the table where even more are stacked.
It’s a start.
I then headed down to pick up Paddy's food, having both received an ‘arched eyebrow’ from the vet the smaller portion he now receives should mean it lasts longer.
Mrs S and Sam headed to the rugby club, local derby day, I headed out with Paddy, first outing for my Christmas jumper.
We tailored our walk so as to arrive at the rugby ground for the last ten minutes. We arrived and I watched the last ten minutes and although fifteen points behind I thought they were doing pretty well. The wags in the crowd told me if I’d arrived earlier they might have improved earlier, too little too late.
The three of us walked home together and Mrs S and I enjoyed fried steak, onion and a mushroom baguette each for dinner.
