Roll With It

Different Day - Same Place

Back to the rugby club again, on my own, the security systems were checked and certificated for the coming year. It’s the commencement of the inspection period, pressure testing the coffee machine, fire inspection, PAT testing, the list goes on and it’s the same people opening up and being on hand, no complaints, we are volunteers but maybe a grumble.

Once that was completed it was back down town for the bi-annual emptying of my bank account into the opticians coffers as they stress how my eyesight is good, apart from macular degeneration in one eye, but that a new prescription for the lens in my new glasses would make things that much better.
So as I moved towards the mid price range, (£99), frames I was not seduced by the BOGOF offer and sure enough twenty minutes later I was £300+ lighter with two new pairs ready in a week.

Today’s photograph is from Falmouth Cemetery, 107 years on and not forgotten.
Same unit as our lad Joshua - Royal Engineers.
