David is not keen on sorting out his tax online or in fact doing anything online so I said I would help him. We had his tax number but he had not noted down his password correctly. I tried to change the password but he had made an error registering his mobile phone number so did not receive the SMS for renewal. The helpline does not answer so we are stuck! The better news is that we went out for lunch in Harlow to discover a road we could use tomorrow morning to go to the channel tunnel without hitting a flooded road. We found a route and had an excellent lunch.
