Waiting

Three of the crowd of around ten Sparrows keeping an eye on the feeder for a space. They soon go through the fat balls. I think the lower bird is a youngster who is still losing the fluffy baby feathers. In the background are apples - we have got up to four Blackbirds at a time at the moment, I'm sure it will be more when it gets colder.
