The power of recovery

Very different from how I feel. Amazing how one can be one day exhausted, washed out, full of cold, unable to do anything and wondering whether one will ever feel well again. And then the next day it has all gone as if it had never been; I am fully recovered and ready to get on with all the things I could not do yesterday. 

We went to Rheged for lunch and were amused that, instead of all the tourists, families, children, it was full of oldies like us - coming out of hiding now it is 'safe' to do so.
