Out Of The Blue

Sitting in my armchair browsing my book I received the ‘beep’ alerting me to an incoming e-mail, out of boredom more than anything else I had a look and was surprised to see I had been ‘invited’ to apply for a Veteran I.D Card.
News about these cards has cropped up intermittently over the last couple of years, political ‘ping pong’ between the parties when some points need scoring.
Anyway part of the process is to validate your I.D on the Government I.D Check App, it’s a pretty painless procedure although it takes some time and you need a barometric passport.

As the photo explains, the procedure is complete, I just need to wait until it drops on the mat.
