Incoming!

My nativity scene gains a few extra sheep every year, this year, for a while, it also had some elephants and a giraffe courtesy of Josie . The incoming of my title are the wise men who have made it to the bookcase opposite on their journey towards the stable. They move slowly, as they only have one camel between them!
We had a quiet morning, I got up to do the veg and get the meat ready then retired once more until it was time to start cooking.
Ali, Josie and Bonnie came over for lunch, I went to pick them up as clearly Ali isn't driving yet. Bonnie is doing well and Josie is still very proud of her baby sister.
It reminded me that Josie's first day out, also at 2 days old, was to Isobel's 5th birthday party. Eilidh and Bonnie share a birthday, Isobel and Josie are a day apart. We are going to be very busy at party times!
Thank you all very much for the good wishes and the stars and hearts over the last couple of days for our new arrival. I did very much appreciate them.
We're delighted that Bonnie is here and will try not to fill Blip with baby pics.
Happy New Year 2024 be everyone. Our prayer is for an end to the awful hostilities not just in the Ukraine and the Holy Land, but in so many other places too .
