Poinsettia

We got a bit of a late start this morning, and had a quiet morning. In the afternoon, Roger and I got out for a swim - got to get back to the exercise after a couple of weeks of not doing much! During the course of the day Laura was beginning to feel a bit better thankfully.
Being Flower Friday, I thought a blip of my poinsettia would fit the bill
