Caught the train to London with Elly and Paul in the afternoon - super crowded and absolutely boiling but we somehow all managed to get seats.

Headed to our hotel to check in and dump our stuff, then straight out for a walk through China Town and for dinner in Ugly Dumpling. It was so good, everyone was very happy with their dumpling choices - when Elly and I decided to split a dessert dumpling platter, Matt and Paul just went back in for more savoury ones.

Quick walk up the road to the Palladium for the main event, a live Off Menu episode with Jessica Knappett, what a babe. It was excellent, so funny that we all had achey faces from laughing. Afterwards Paul was desperate for a cocktail (or 3) and we stumbled upon a great bar for some delicious drinks. It ended up being quite a late one so stopped for some late night McDonald’s chips on the way back as well.

Basically a day of eating, perfect. Extras for more.
