Matt bought a ginormous cauliflower home the other day and I only used half of it for the meal I was making. Today I pickled the rest, excited to see how it turns out.

Met up with the gang at the Star and Dove in the evening (no Matt as he was feeling a bit ill). Lots of discussion of our upcoming trip to Devon, and what the theme of our party night should be.
