High and Higher

It was raining cats and dogs today, so I blipped a cat again. Chaiyya is very interested in exploring the bookshelf these days. Now, she didn’t get stuck in the middle, but jumped all the way up, turned around at the end, and jumped down again (see extra). It might not sound or look too spectacular, but for her (a “wobbly” cat with ataxia), it’s a real achievement.

I had a busy day, working and taking the Munni-cat to the vet again for her next checkup. She is doing better, but her blood pressure is still too high, so I need to adjust her medication and go back for another check in a few weeks. It’s only a 15 minute drive, but she panicked so badly that she was sick in her carrier box. 

Now I’m watching the news from the climate conference in Dubai, where all real progress gets blocked by the fossil fuel producers - as usual. It doesn’t bode well for future generations.
