A rusty door latch…

… and a door frame in need of painting.
I had a blood test booked at the hospital today They’re free at the hospital) but last Friday the road that passes one of the hospital entrances was closed meaning most of the buses wouldn’t go anywhere near the hospital. So I booked a blood test at my GP’s surgery in Boots. Yesterday I had a phone call to say that there was a water leak in the nurses room so blood test had to be moved to another out of town surgery. With all that effort to just get a needle stuck in my arm and a few vials of blood extracted; not to mention a charge of £22, the results better be excellent!
But I did walk past this lovely example of rust on my way home so not all for nothing.
