Christmas tree and cats.
The Feast Day of Saint Leocadia 304 AD and Saint Peter Fourier 1595.
Although it is rainy and windy and 8c, after breakfast, Paul, Maria and me drove to Booths in Clitheroe to do some food shopping. We were blessed to find a parking space fairly quickly and not too far from the supermarket door. Booths looked so beautiful and Christmassy with a magnificent well decorated Christmas tree near the entrance.
Maria had made a list of all the ingredients for the Mary Berry Christmas muffins, so we bought those and a few other lovely things.
The cats are being cautious around Maria but she is hoping they settle down.
The cats have not climbed the Christmas tree and the fairy lights are all working, thankfully.
This afternoon we are going to decorate the tree, watch Christmas films and play board games.
Have a lovely Saturday and thank you for visiting my site.
