Last Leaf Left, Eccles

Monday and today were both very busy with more gallery photography. I do find it tiring trying to get shots of the galleries empty of people when even at the beginning of the day there are staff about and I'm constantly having to ask them, politely, if they would be as kind as to move out of the way while I take a shot or two.
This morning I had a bit of a run in with one of the "angels" (they are volunteers who stock check every item in a gallery to make sure it's still there, hasn't been moved or is put back in it's correct position). I asked her, politely, if she could move out of the way for me while I took some wide shots (which can only be done first thing in the morning) and she responded with "I have got work to do, you know" in a rather imperious voice. So I told I her I also had work to do and it would only take me a few minutes. She was not a happy bunny! I got them done with the minimum of fuss, on my side anyway, and then got on with shooting the other galleries. I got a bit more weary as the day commenced but managed to still fit in some editing toward the end.
Tomorrow is another train strike day but this time I've been given a laptop to do some editing on so I will be officially Working From Home for the first time ever! No trains to get on - bliss.
Today's shot is of this lonely leaf caught in the fence outside a pub in Eccles where I went with my brother for a wind down pint after work. We both enjoyed a relaxing finish to the day.
