Free Trade Inn

There was a time when there was only one university reunion per year, but post-pandemic, we seem to have reached an unspoken consensus that they ought to be a little more regular. 

On this occasion, we have returned to Newcastle, retraced our footsteps out to Byker, and revisited the pubs in that vicinity. My favourite is The Free Trade Inn, which the eagle-eyes will just about make out in today's Blip. 

It was a beautiful day for wandering about - chilly but sunny - and it was a pleasure to be back in the company of my old friends.
