Philadelphus

Rain this morning....again!  My philadelphus will be getting a hearty prune after flowering but in the meantime, the flowers are stunning.  I can't help but think this bush smells like the English countryside which I love, but today the flowers were weighed by the rain and hung on drooping branches producing a new appreciation for this gorgeous bush. 

Minnie to vets tomorrow as they were fully booked for Monday when I tried to book her in last night.
