A Suitably Sunday Sermon, Aylesford

It was the usual Sunday food shop followed by our usual Sunday pint at The Horseshoes in East Farleigh. Then it was time to get home and relax a bit before making the evening meal - a spicy Spag Bol. I decided to go one better and also make my pea and ham soup for Monday's repaste. There is something very pleasing about coming home on the first day of the working week knowing you've already made the meal ahead of time. It's really worth the extra effort on a Sunday.
I spotted today's image on a quick walk round our local neighbourhood with my brother. It somehow matched the rather grey, cold heaviness of the day itself.
