Yma ac yn awr

Yma ac yn awr ~ Here and now

“Let thoughts of past and future settle in the present moment – and, in that moment, simply experience what is naturally there.”
― Kyabjé Düd’jom Rinpoche Jig’drèl Yeshé Dorje, (‘Goodbye Forever’ by Ngakpa Chögyam, Volume 2, Chapter 1, ‘to stare directly’, p6)

Daeth i'r meddwl - amlwg mewn gwirionedd - bod pan ddych chi'n paentio neu ysgrifennu mae'n gallu bod am unrhyw le ac unrhyw amser. Pan ddych chi'n tynnu ffotograff - mae bob amser yma ac yn awr. Gyda Blipfoto mae eich adnoddau yw eiliadau'r dydd a lle rydych chi'n bod pan ddych chi'n gwthio'r botwm caead. Mae'r canlyniad yn bob amser ffaith, byth yn ffuglen.

Heddiw roedd hi'n bwrw glaw ac roedd glaw ar y ffenestr ar chwarter wedi tri.

It occurred to me - obvious really - that when you paint or write it can be about any place and any time. When you take a photograph - it's always here and now. With Blipfoto your resources are the moments of the day and where you are when you push the shutter button. The result is always fact, never a fiction.

Today it was raining and there was rain on the window at a quarter past three.
