Diary of an Edinburgher

By LadyMarchmont

Armistice Day, and I watched the ceremony at the Cenotaph in London. There was also a big anti-war march arranged which could have descended into trouble. Poor police, they get criticised from the left and the right. Actually, they say there were 800,000 on the Pro-Palestine march. But I do think it's terrible that old soldiers, travelling to the ceremony, were advised not to wear their medals on the trains.

Elizabeth took Archie out for a big walk, and what a lovely day it was. We nipped into town to have lunch at a new place we spotted the other day - Poké bowls. And very nice it was too.

This is the current pillarbox crochet, and it's fantastic.
