Red treasure
A quick blip this morning as I got ready to leave the dogs with two special friends and then drove off to visit my friend L in Edinburgh for a couple of days. We were specifically meeting today for a special lunch which we have been promising ourselves for ages and now seemed the right time. We went to "Castle Terrace" and it is the first restaurant boasting a Michelin star that I have ever been into! The meal was truly fabulous as was the service and they didn't hurry us at all which was great and we happily spent two and a bit hours there.
My blip shows the vibrant centre of the red poppy I blipped along with the alliums the other day and you can see that the bees have been busy with the pollen seeking.
