The black bull's breakfast.....

Second dry day on the trot,what's going on ?
Went round to feed all the outside cattle and managed to bring in a bull and 3 cows with calves from the banking behind the steading. Then moved my spring calving cows and calves into the banking ready to bring in tomorrow to vaccinate the calves.
Took a bale of straw along to the furthest away lot of cows and noticed that the neighbours cattle had smashed a hole in the fence and been in the road. Went and knocked his door but no one home,so came back and got a gate to tie over the hole to keep the rest and his charolais bull from getting out
Littlemiss and Mrs F away to the museum for the afternoon,seemingly an exhibition with all the waste plastic from the oceans.
Headed off to collect junior from his shift at the castle tonight and it was like WW3 with all the fireworks going off . Arniston estate had their display near us,but there were several others when you looked towards Edinburgh and Fife.
