Portobello Beach Edinburgh Day 290

The B Gas Commander at anchor in Musselburgh Bay on the Firth of Forth. One of the iconic Portobello Beach groyne "lollypops" encapsulates the tanker. The sea is still, enabling this blip to be caught fairly easily this morning. The visibility is also very clear as it always is after heavy rain. After a week in the Swiss Alps and valleys it is wonderful to return to this beautiful part of the world where we are extremely privileged to live. It is amazing, when travelling, how everyone one meets not only knows exactly where Edinburgh is, but if they have not been here yet, are planning a trip soon!
