Medieval bastion against countless storms

Storm Ciaran whispered through our part of England. It rained most of the morning but not in a stormy kind of way. We walked into the village this afternoon to get my hair cut and buy some books from our excellent independent village book shop. On the way home this was the only photo I took. I wondered about all the storms it has weathered so far. I’m sure it will weather many more such is the solidity of its Cotswold design
