Making progress

We were a small group of walkers today. As it was my choice, I offered the group a more demanding walk up to the Pic de Cogollo above the village. The walk was 13 kilometres with 900 metres of ascent. That is double the climb we normally do. I had to lead it with a sore throat and cold but I think it did me good to be out in the fresh air. Mrs TT found the last 100 m of the climb difficult but also felt the sense of achievement at reaching the summit. It was not an easy climb but the views were magnificent.
