Pottered around this morning and then got the bus to town to meet SR for lunch. This halloween display was on the Avenue where the Christmas tree stands. I thought it looked a bit of a mess butt there were lots of children admiring it! Did a couple of errands first. Wasn’t t impressed by lunch ( it was in one of his favourite places) . They charged £2 for a glass of tap water and then were bordering on rude when he commented on it. S has just bought a sewing machine and decided to make Christmas gifts so I took him to the craft shop and then beat a hasty retreat ! Called in at the O2 shop to buy a new phone but they were really busy so decided to go back in on Thursday. Painted some trellis when I got home - just managed to finish before it got too dark
