Dew Dropped...

We took a chance, and on leaving Chester drove up to RSPB Burton Mere. Yesterday much of it had been under water following the drenching from Storm Babet but today the paths were again clear. However, there was little there that was not also at Slimbridge - aside from the endless strings of v-formation geese going over head!

Of everything there I was most taken by this dew-bedecked plant - not a dandelion, obviously, but not dissimilar. A million dewdrops and the camera captured most of them! Anyhow, it was a long drive home and I'm unlikely to shoot anything else today. Indeed, I'm unlikely to do anything else for a few hours at least...

Definitely one for going Large with...
