Swim and sauna with Liz, Jenny, Leisa, Renee and Molly in Lough Derg. It was fresh but it’s amazing how come the third dip to cool down it feels fine . My sore calf muscle and burn completely stopped hurting with the hot cold treatment . It was a beautiful day and we had the place to ourselves …. Except the hand popped up ! Hilarious- ness all over again, each time one of us went swimming we’d change its position .
Doing the ponies over a long weekend for Susan and it was a joy after last nights soaking - sunshine and pink trailing clouds in the evening . Moose not quite on form , isn’t it the way when you’re looking after someone else’s ?! I’ll keep a close eye .
I watched the rugby . Shame , England got so close .
