Little red popsicles

Much to report?? No..
Early start, as always now. 
Sunny walk in woods.

Ben coughed at 3:30am and then decided he was awake.  It's getting a bit much.  I gave him his iPad at 5am and by 6:10am he had fallen asleep with it on his lap.  That meant the morning routine was all off and his insulin and subsequent blood sugar weren't great.  
Not much exciting happened today.  I cleared out some old craft stuff I had from when the boys were little, I had been storing it behind my bedroom door in a shoe hanger thing and I'm quite giddy that I can now hang my dressing gown behind the door if I want to (I do, it was freezing here last night!)
Mr KCNQ2Haiku, Ben and I had our covid boosters, so we have slightly sore arms but we're happy to think we might be partly protected against Ben's drive to go on public transport and then put his fingers in mouth...
We had a nice walk in the woods, it was quite sunny despite the chill and Leo had some sniffs and still managed to get seeds in his fur despite being on the lead!  We spotted these red berries on the floor through the trees as they were contrasting so much with the colours around them.  Mr KCNQ2Haiku and I slalomed through the undergrowth to get to them and I took a photo.  My iPhone has a button to press to identify plants (how clever!) and it seemed to say it's Arum Italicum, it also told me the berries may be fatal to dogs or small children.  OK, stepping back and admiring merely from a distance now.  
That's about it.  Can't believe another week is about to begin :-/
