Leaves And Shadows

We enjoyed a leisurely Sunday breakfast with Tess  having her first (and very successful) go at making hollandaise sauce to go with my poached eggs.

This afternoon we strolled our regular Sunday route on Street Hill in hot summery sunshine, where these leaves on an old tree stump caught my eye.
