Main activity: Sun - jog, walk, around the house
Notes: Finally a morning with a brisk chill in the air! Was in the 40's and light frost-looking layer on the rooftops, cars, etc. Woke in the dark and waited a bit before heading out for a jog - went well. Back and Lizzy had gotten out of bed so walked her around the big block. Love the cold air! Did a load of laundry,  took a hot shower and said out back w/ Lizzy - she ate on the back porch. Had coffee and relaxed to CBS Sun Morning Show. Later made a spinach/garlic/goat cheese omelet with turkey bacon and 1/2 a GF bagel. Quiet day with some football and took a little nap mid afternoon. Talked to Jo on Zoom ~ 6-7p and then Lizzy had to go out and we walked down the cul-de-sac. I wrote last Sun that it could be my last Sun here but things have firmed up a bit more since then. This will likely be my last free Sun here - prob driving and bringing Kathy back next Sat or Sun and then plan to be back in FL by the following weekend. Back on Zoom w/ Jo again ~ 720-820p. Felt much better - she did some cards for us both.
