Notes: 41 for a low? I didn't see or feel that! Woke early and watched tv until I could go back to sleep and then didn't wake until 8a. Wasn't what I wanted at all but got myself and Lizzy ready and headed to the trail. She seemed to love it again and we went a little farther than last week - wasn't nearly as chilly as predicted.  Saw a couple of these cool looking manhole covers. Back around 915a. Rest of the day around the house, didn't do much. Baked a spaghetti squash and had w/ salad and leftover (frozen) roasted chicken and sweet potato. Tired again and took a nap in the afternoon from ~ 230-430p. Took Lizzy for a walk in the evening - wind was kicking up some and actually felt a bit chilly (finally).
