Footsteps

Once more, I took another early morning shot and didn't blip it - just in case. But here it is!

We woke to the crashing of waves on the rocky shore and, after the early morning bike ride to the public toilets, we went on a very early morning stroll from our sleeping point near Bamburgh Golf Club round to Budle Bay.

It was cloudy and quite dull but totally deserted! Our private beach!! In the background is Lindisfarne Castle.

We caught up with our footsteps on the return journey and had our breakfast in Kermit before setting off once more.
