Fish Tacos
Fish tacos.
These were fantastic, and even out of the country I'm getting in my fish taco quota. I had a truly spectacular dinner of shrimp aguachile, red snapper with passion fruit pico de gallo, and pavlova with passion fruit and pineapple (it's like passion fruit grows on trees here), all accompanied by a decent Chardonnay (not to mention my pre-massage afternoon caipirinha or post-dinner French 75), but the lighting made attempts at pictures look like I was eating B-movie zombie flesh, so I decided to blip my also excellent lunch.
