Wildflower Hunting

We had another leisurely day. I fed the birds, walked with Sugar around the property several times and started one more beanie ornament for Abi. Hubby and our BIL went for a short ATV ride. It may have been longer but they encountered a fallen tree across their path. Thinking they were super men, they decided to lift it over our BIL’s bike. Hubby fell. If you aren’t squeamish like me, check out my extra. His arm was not quite as bad. We keep a ton of first aid supplies here just for these occasions. We decided to go search for sea glass. Found very little. But the trip wasn’t for naught. I managed to collect this many plus more wildflower specimens. Was thinking it was Tuesday so these tiny blooms would be perfect. Oh well. When we got back, we had a late lunch. I made turkey salad; my sister, BIL and hubby took the repaired closet door back to the neighbor’s and put it up. We celebrated that successful job with an ice cream cone each. The crew is either napping, reading or working on blip. We will enjoy the turkey and corn on the cob later. Hope your Monday was just as nice as ours. Stay safe. Thanks for dropping by. “Chase your wildflower dreams, because even the smallest buds can become something beautiful.” ~ C.V. Sutherland
