after watching Ambulance the other night on BBC1 i  keep singing: ‘….thank you for sunshine, thank you for rain…….it’s a beautiful day ay ay ay…..’
very easy to sing on a summer’s day in september……a big bunch of sunflowers welcomed me this morning when i entered church… …..so i share s cut out with you….

later this afternoon a Tropic’s rep will come to do face make overs and sell her wares…..no sure yet if i go……even later Elv picks me up for dinner at their’s and a cuddle with Frank….:)
