a very very lazy morning….then the usual sorting the week’s tablets, lunch of bagel and smoked salmon, a walk ….and kindle time

later Elv came for a chat, cuppa and nail do, she took  2 big bags of clothes to the charity shop….what a blessing she is….

dinner will be sushi with a nice glas of wine…
