Caspar

Unusually Caspar deigned to be blipped. He’s the only cat around here and is completely indifferent to the attention he receives.

I returned to the West End gym for a yoga session which felt very different to what I’m used to. A strong session in a very large studio with mirrors on three sides and lots of natural light. I followed the physios guidance and hard,y used my core at all which felt counterintuitive but no unpleasant twinges. Another swim in an almost empty pool and back home just after 1pm, when I met Caspar.

Routine stuff this afternoon and a visit to R.
