Sally Mair - Loving life

By Sallymair

cats on tour!

I was in church for our mid week service this morning, nice to be back. Our celebrant was a lady who has close links with the same part of India as I. Purely by coincidence. We even have friends in common.
Today she was talking about having lived in Liverpool. It turns out she went to the same church as my grandmother and aunts and lived very close by in the same area. Her mother was a teacher at the same school too. Extraordinary .
I fitted a new car seat in Ali's car today. For something so important it's ridiculous how difficulty it is to get help doing that. The only place I know who will help you fit them and advise on suitability is Halfords. They are very helpful but don't hold a large stock of seats so you have to order and pay (often over£150 and sometimes much more) and then once it turns up if it's not suitable they will take it back. What a broken system .
I was really tired this afternoon and woke up to find I'd slept soundly for two hours, hope that doesn't spoil tonight's sleep.
I brought a suitcase back from Ali's this afternoon. Pickle quickly staked her claim and Cleo came to check it out. Daft cats, they really don't like to see suitcases and immediately pack themselves just in case we were thinking of leaving them behind.
As if, lol.
