Bookshelves

The Feast Day of St. Bartholomew.
Today Paul said he felt less dizziness but it was still there, so he had to move carefully and not jerk his neck or get up too quickly.
I got on with my housework and gardening, tending to the lettuce seedlings and topping up the bird feeders. The morning was very rainy and the afternoon super warm and sunny. There are beautiful orange and yellow nasturtium flowers open now. It got up to 86f in the conservatory in the afternoon but cold by evening time.
Our post comes in the afternoon, and the Amazon deliverer brought my order for a Blood Pressure monitor that works from wearing it on the left hand wrist. Paul's reading was normal, mine was very high. I now need to get it checked out at the pharmacy or if I can get an appointment, at the doctor's surgery tomorrow. I generally work hard, walk daily, eat moderately as a vegetarian, don't smoke or drink alcohol and feel well. So this was a big shock. I feel a sense of failure, but my Dad had high blood pressure and managed it with prescription medication.
My blipfoto is just bookshelves, because it got late and the Moon view from my bedroom window may not have looked good through double glazing.
Take care everyone and I appreciate all your welcome support.
