When my dad visited yesterday he brought with him one of his Nikon Speedlights (flash) and a diffuser for me to try out.  One of the reasons I have always resisted using flash is because they are too complicated to work!!!  But based on the photos from today I can see the benefit.  I need a huge amount of practice - especially using flash in bright sunshine!!!  I have downloaded the manual but will probably resort to YouTube!

I went to see an old project this morning.  It was one of my first projects just before I went fully self employed so it was nice to see it completed.

In not so good news Aonghus had another seizure this morning...  He faired a bit better after this one so I waited until after I had been to see the completed project to take him for a walk.  His back legs are taking a beating!  :(
