Hoverflies Again

I went to Perth to visit my folks today - it was a short visit as it was tied in with a client visit (who wasn't there despite asking me to come at a weekend!!!) and then having to get back for Aonghus and Dale.

Rosie has left the building!  But she will be back in about 10 days...  I think my daughter owes me big time for all the cat sitting!!!

My dad and I popped over to the Rodney Gardens and with a little patience I managed to get some in focus flying shots!  Really quite chuffed today.  Still not perfect but getting there!

We have swapped macro lenses for a week or two - he has a Nikon 105 lens so I am going to give that a try.
