From Giverny to Médan
So, tent is up and we have showered.
We drove a lot on unpaved, so to speak; mountain trail paths. The route along the Seine is not entirely clear or finished or signposted.
We drove past and across various industrial sites.
Bert got a flat tire and inflating it again was only after a lot of hassle
And then
we came across/past a trailer piece of area. It must be familiar: such a place in an unmaintained grove near a large city.
Well, never a dull moment!
Shops in France are closed on Sundays; there are very few shops in the small villages we drive through, anyway. We cycled past a campingsite to look for something that sold food and found it in a McDonald's.
It now appears that the campsite where we are on has a restaurant.
I would like to thank everyone for the congratulations on my special blip day. Thank you. I'll give you all a bunch of flowers from Monet's dining room table. A photo I took yesterday.
