From Poses to Giverny
It was not far from Poses to Giverny where Claude Monet's house and gardens are located. It was also a good day for cycling, although the sun didn't shine all the time. At a little past one we arrived at our Airbnb. We quickly changed, did the laundry and walked to the long queue of visitors waiting for the entrance of the museum.
Once inside, we walked in a long procession through the gardens and then through the house. I fell silent for a moment in Monet's studio. With the exception of all visitors, it seemed as if the painter had gone away for a while and would soon return. It was a nice house with a nice colorful interior. The garden was a sea of flowers in all kinds of colors. Also very pleasant.
Still, as my blip for today, I've chosen the meadow next to Monet's garden.
