5 weeks and counting...

up and wide awake at 5.15am, snoozed til half past and then up. a glorious morning, and cuppa, and did some work til 6am, as off taking Pete and Kirsty to the airport later.

managed a walk to the wood first thing. surprising how many folks are out there at that time. The wood was beautiful, the birds busy flitting around and singing out loud. Took this picture of the freshly mown field at the side of the wood. back home by 7.30am and a little bit more work, and breakfast.

off to Birmingham airport to take P&K, who are Majorca bound....so am i in 5 weeks! what a beautiful day to travel, but then it wouldn't matter whether it was rain or shine, if i was majorca bound!

good journey, and back into Notts. Meetings, emails, reports.

left at 5pm, roof down, and home via the gym! we are finally reunited...me and gym!! did my own fitness test, and managed 30 min run without stopping....those long walks must be doing me good.

little evening walk with Pete, and then settle down. i notice someone has kindly hung a hanging basket on my bracket outside...i hope it's my kind neighbour, and not a trailer for the episode of 'The Fall' tonight......full security check underway!
