Cornflower

The cornflowers grow in the alley down to the house. I made bread in the morning but the weather is playing havoc with proving the dough as it rises far too quickly. I may have to resort to leaving it in the fridge to rise if the hot weather continues. I had a few admin jobs after that which I thought would not take long but actually took the rest of the morning. While Mrs TT hosted the sewing group in the afternoon, I made myself scarce and listened to the cricket. Of course, I emerged when they had their tea and cake!
