Making Its Way

I was attracted by the markings on the bird's chest, thinking I hadn't seen them before and wondered if it was a new find. But no, it's just another robin, a young one making its way in the world.

There was a lot to control to make this a decent image - the leaves on the left were almost white and very distracting. The best light is unfortunately at the bottom, but I tried to bring some up behind the bird. It was nestled there in quite a shady spot. Not too bad after all.
