The first crop.

One Charlotte potato in a pot, and today we harvested 2.08 lbs. ( 1.13 kg.)
We were delighted as they were neglected for over two weeks in May, and dried out last week when we were at the caravan.
We had some for tea along with tarragon, mushroom and cream chicken. Delicious.
