English BBQ Weather!

After a morning visit to the farmers’ market and a café cuppa with Dad and my brother, a barbecue was planned for the afternoon. Ever the eternal optimist, and choosing to ignore the weather forecast (warm and muggy with thundery showers), my brother set up the barbie in the garden. Just as the charcoal started to get going the skies opened! You can see the torrential rain pouring off the umbrella! But Chef was determined and kept going, preparing another of his feasts though unfortunately I was limited to the potatoes and halloumi cheese.
